I had a seperating zipper that my daughter had bought at Joann the day before and brought to me to put in my grandson's jacket. I could not get the zipper to zip after I unzipped it to put it in the jacket. I took it back the next day on my lunch hour. One lady in particular was so rude to me and kept saying you can't bring it back without a receipt. I only wanted to swap it for another one. She even said in the hassle I am not from around here. I just wanted to say what has that got to do with a zipper that won't work. It was even hard for both of them to zip it but they did finally get it zipped and did not offer to exchange it. I am so disappointed in the customer service at Joann.
