i was treated very badly due to nursing staff and secretary being overly sensitive and insensitive to my feelings and needs, They spoke loudly to me with criticism for no reason and did not handle my complaints properly, but made me to feel as the bad person instead when I am not and was not. They were insensitive to my being very sick for a week and being new to austin and the hospital. Even the nursing manager did not believe me and spoke negatively and she just believed her staff that she said she knew for a long time. I felt so hurt and helpless there. I was disrespected and not cared about as a person. I would not recommend to anybody.
