These people are ridiculous. Every time I turn around these people say I am late with my payment and that is not so at all. They keep our payment and don't post it so therefore it makes it late. They have filed claim after claim against us in the last 11 years since we have been with them and it is old. I am so tired of being treated this way. I would sure like to know how a company can do this to innocent people. I have asked several times for a detailed statement of my payments and when they send one it doesn't even show my full payments on it. It only shows a portion of the payment. Their answer is that the portion I see is what has gone to the principal balance and the amount not shown has gone to interest. That is not right at all. My principal balance has been the same for the last 5 years. Do not use this company or you will have the same nightmare as I have had for the last 11 years.
Pros: There are no pro's with this company at all
Cons: Just don't use them
