I am always very concerned about my dog being well taken care of when I am out of town. I have used this kennel twice, after having multiple poor experiences at other locations. They have been wonderful both times. I was allowed to take a walking tour all through their kennel. ( I wont take my dog anywhere that wouldnt allow that) Their kennels are clean. My dog can go in and out when she wants, while still being in her own personal kennel space. She really enjoys and prefers the outdoors. She comes home clean and smelling good. I like that they provide you with a 'report card' about her stay. Her blanket is even clean when she comes home. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They do not answer the phone when you call to check on your dog, but they will return your call within a reasonable amount of time. My only problems with this place is that they are a little pricey compared to other places (WORTH IT). Their hours arent ideal, very restrictive. Get your reservations in early, they are often full if you call at the last minute.
