This place is a nightmare. I've purchased a gift certificate for Valentine's to my wife to the Surfaces, and it turned into a very unpleasant marathon of haggling with the rude owner of this shop. It started with them charging my credit card twice, to being completely unresponsive by phone and email, to not wanting to offer a weekend slot (because they already got the money for the certificate!), and finally messing up the schedule, so that when my wife showed up, they claimed her session was the previous week. during the whole time the lady had such an awful attitude that you wouldn't want to get relaxing massage there anyway...
