Groomingdales

I have to say that I have taken my dogs to several places and they have always come out of it a little shaken and freaked out to go back. But since I have been taking them to Groomingdales I have NEVER had a problem with them not wanting to go back or being upset when I came to pick them up. I truly feel that they treat the dogs impeccably but...There have been a few times where we asked for the dogs to be done by a certain time or in a certain way and they "forgot" or whatever you want to call it. I have never disliked how my poodle-chihuahua mix (who needs cutting just like a poodle does) came out looking (my other is a pure bred chihuahua who only needs a washing and nail trim, etc.)I will continue to take my girls to Groomingdales because I know that I will always end up with a happy well groomed pup! They may have some "issues" with communication and their business sense, but I think they are overall good people and most importantly they are extremely good to the dogs! more
