My husband and I love RuSans in midtown and thought we would try the lunch buffet up in Buckhead. Big mistake. Service was non-existent. We were seated at a table that was filthy and unclean (the place wasn't too busy so there were other tables) and we refused to sit and had to wait and wait and wait for someone to come and wipe the table. When they came to wipe it the man acted so annoyed and mumbled to us to start eating and he'd take care of the table. Servers act annoyed to be serving you and rarely come to your table to fill up your drinks. The worst part? The food. The buffet was dirty, food had been siting out too long and once food was gone it was rarely replaced. The sushi tasted funny and some of the food had a cigarette smell to it. I could not believe how bad this place was since the RuSans in midtown rarely disappoints us. DO NOT GO HERE. FOOD AND SERVICE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY DON'T TREAT YOU WITH ANY RESPECT.
