I gave them a bike to fix and it took over four weeks to get it back. They would probably STILL have the bike if I hadn't hounded them to get it. When it was finally "done," they called and said to come pick it up. I got there and they said, "oh, it'll be ten more minutes. We have to wash it." Just adding insult to injury. I would encourage all to avoid this place!
