I tried Key Auto Werks based on the single review here and based on their website testimonials. Unfortunately, I did not have quite as positive experience as others have. It's true that the people that work there are friendly and polite, but as for honesty and fair prices I'm not so sure. I needed a signficant part replaced and the main guy gave me a quote for replacing it. Just to be sure I called the dealership asking for a quote for the same repair. The dealership was nearly $500 cheaper! Hey, I'm all about friendliness and customer service, but for $500 more? I don't think so. So if you are one of the few people where money doesn't matter than I can recommend this place otherwise look elsewhere. Or if you do use this place make sure you understand what you are paying for.
