We are writing this to first and foremost apologize for Mike A??????s misunderstanding regarding the replacement and pricing of a new stone for his father??????s ring. We would also like to take this time to explain to other readers of his review the circumstances regarding his experience.
First visit to Sachi:
No charge for the 8x6 amethyst.
The quote for the new head and setting of the amethyst was 240$.
No charge for the removal of the old stone.
The 240$ quote was 8$ below the Geller??????s blue book price for the setting of 8x6 stone.
Second visit to Sachi:
On his previous visit he requested a bluer stone.
Several other stones within his price range were
ordered and shown.
He passed on these stones as well, and the stones were returned at no expense to him.
Third visit to Sachi:
The 10x8 sapphire brought in was bought from another jeweler.
The quote for the new head and setting of the sapphire was 251$.
The 251$ quote was 21$ below the Geller??????s blue book price for the setting of a 10x8 stone.
The difference in the price quote for the two differing heads and settings was eleven dollars. It is unfortunate that the customer did not understand the difference in price for the two different heads and settings and assumed that he was being taken advantage of.
Also, take note that cutting down a 10x8 stone to fit an 8x6 head that was going to be replaced regardless would cause an additional charge and would have exceeded his budget.

I came upon this review and was quite shocked as I have been a customer of Joyworks for over 20 years and have never experienced any neglect or unprofessional service of any kind. If anything the gals at Joyworks are friendly, outgoing and helpful with decorating and all sorts of crafty ideas. The prices are great and you can get just about anything you need so you can avoid the malls!!! Joyworks has been in business for over 25 years, so they must be doing something right.

A little slice of England awaits you in this fun store. They have lots of quintessentially British things - imported teas and such. But the best thing is the candy section - they have all kinds of British candies that we don't get here. What fun! There is a tea room in the back that serves a traditional British tea and the finger sandwiches are very tasty. Fun spot!

As the name implies these people specialize in growing antique roses. They have hundrens of varieties and it's fun just to wander through the extensive gardens and smell all of the different roses. I've bought roses here many times and the owner is so sweet (older gentleman) and he has a LOT of knowledge on growing roses, which he's more than happy to pass along.

There are many fine things to find in this store in Snohomish located on 1st. They have Yankee Candles and a fine selection of them.
My favorite is to find a new cookie cutter to use for baking.
This is where I buy my Tag kitchen towels which are a very nice quality and are a little more reasonabley priced than other stores.
They have clothes for women and sweet baby outfits. There are so many things to look at yopu can easily get lost in here for an hour. Remember to look downstairs, too. They have some cute themed areas down there like Western, lighthouses, etc in home decor.

This place has been on 1st Street for as long as I remember! They want to keep the 'variety store' atmosphere. They have differnet stuff, I like the Xmas stuff, and after holiday sales are always a hit. The place is jammed full of different items, they have a good buyer to cater to all different tastes in gifts. I go in and buy stuff all year round to keep in case need a gift for someone.

This is a great place to kill an hour or two browsing. Yes, Snohomish is known for it's great antique stores, but this is one of the better ones, among the best. They have really lovely things - lots of furniture and complete sets - most of it in good to great condition and I don't think the prices are bad as far as antiques go. I will be in the market for a dining set soon and I will definitely check here first!

Find everything from pints of milk-paint, quilting-fabrics, decor by talented folk-artisans, cinnamon-bun candles and sentimental cards for all occasions to the soft-caramels that remind one of being a kid.
