I had a wonderful experience at the Les Schwab in Snohomish, WA. I had my 9 month old with me and discovered a flat tire. My husband was not available to help. . Not only did they come out to my car, they assisted me with my stroller and even opened the door to help me into the store. They turned an experience that could have been very tedious into a great experience. I will drive out of my way to do business with them in the future. I highly recommend this store!

Consistantly on the mark when repairing my vehicles. I've used them for years. They would go over & above what would be considered normal, even giving me a ride home if I couldn't arrange one after dropping off my vehicle.
Would always call prior to doing work that wasn't on the list, but in their opinion was necessary. Stuck to the original bid for work completed.
Getting in and out is a bit difficult, as they are located right on the corner and traffic on Hwy 9 can be trying.

I've been in the trucking business for 30 years. This company is the most customer service oriented business I've worked with. If they didn't have it they found it. The pricing on everything we purchased was more than fare.
