I had my bad experience at the Regency Cleaners on 164th Street yesterday. I first found out that they over charged me, which I don't care too much. What I do not tolerate is BAD Customers Service.
When i went to pick up my dry cleaning, i found out that two of my pants were not iron correctly. I asked them to iron them for me again with pleat in the front instead with pleat on the side. The assistant manager came out and told me that she is the assistant manager and she will not do them for me because I was my fault for not instruction them. Who iron their slacks with pleat on the side?
If you don't want to deal with BAD customer service and wrong price, I would NOT recommend going there. There are so many other dry cleaners around the neighborhood. For sure, i will never go back to the Regency Cleaners on 402 164th St SW in Lynnwood there again. I have warned my friends and families of this horrible experience.
