Hello to those who read our reviews, thank you for your interest in our company and to Scott for lettings us know about this bad review. My name is Enrique I am not the owner, but I am his son. I want to issue a challenge to the customer with the bad review, first the company name is California Car Stereo, not California car sound. Second, we do not sell any refurbished product in our store; everything is brand new and has a one year or two year full coverage warranty. Third my family has built this store on honesty and high quality work with fair prices. I have never stole anything from any customer and I am truly hurt that some one would accuse me or my workers of being thieves, we pay our workers well and I high doubt that they would risk their job with great pay and full health, dental and vision for $50. My challenge is if any customer or the person below ever our not happy with our service give us the chance to fix it, if we can't I will give you $150 cash in your hand, out of my own pocket. This is how much I believe in our service and install. This is a Christen built business and will be for as long as we own it.
