We dropped our cats off at 1:00pm. I was told that they would be done around 6pm. The place smelled like animal urine, but the reviews I read were good, so I left. I called at 6pm and she said it would be a little longer... Called at 7pm and she was really nasty and said she would call when they were done.... 9pm and I was going out for the evening. Still not done!!!
So we went back at 10pm and picked the cats up. The absolute worst job ever!!! I could have cut the cats with a butter knife and it would have looked way better. Anyways bottom line.... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON, EVER, PERIOD!!
