This has been the worst rental experience of my life. \r
-Maintenance people entered our apartment MULTIPLE times, without any warning nor without our consent.\r
-Rental Agents are slow to help, with the exception of signing a new contract. \r
-Multiple ""improvements"" were done to the building without any notice, i.e. loud power washers, painters, roofers.\r
-Agents seem to take complaints personally and respond in a rude manner.\r
-Charged us a $100 cleaning fee after we moved out. I spent 15 hours cleaning the apt. It was cleaner than when I moved in.\r
-They advertised the amenity of a gym and pool, but they are only open during weekday business hours. \r
-Cigarette smoke entered our apartment from other apartments. \r
-Shoddy repairs--Holes in the ceiling and closet doors were patched with painters tape and paint. Door casings were broken and glued back on, ""new"" carpeting was poorly installed and we kept being injured by articles underneath the carpet. \r
-I also lived near addicts and/or dealers. Police officers and Firefighters have visited the complex many times. Not a safe area.\r
Do not rent from this company--even if you were as desperate to find housing as I was. Pay attention to the negative reviews. You will save yourself a lot of stress, hassle and money.\r
Pros: One assigned parking spot, pets allowed
Cons: Crime, horrible and uncarring management, no place for children to play
