I went there to get a facial as part of the spa week promotion. It was supposed to be an hour long. It started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early. I never saw any of the "spa facilities." Instead, I was taken to a "relaxing" room where some odd Cirque du Soleil thing played on the TV. Needless to say, it wasn't very relaxing. Plus, they neglected to inform me before I got there that there was a MANDATORY 15% gratuity. Not 15% on the spa week promotional price, but 15% on the regular price. The facial itself was OK. But I definitely won't be going back. There are far better spas in the LA area. THis one is mediocre.
Pros: the tea was good
Cons: didn't give me my full hour!
