So many things about this place are so right....warm, intimate ambience, attentive service, tasty cocktails.... the Viceroy would be the perfect spot to gather for an evening of drinks and good conversation...unfortunately the LOUD music makes this more than a little difficult. My friends and I stopped by on a Wednesday night. The DJ was playing fun music but it was so loud that we were forced to yell to maintain conversation. The Viceroy has a great lounge-like ambience, but the blaring music seems a contradiction to the whole ""lounge"" concept....
