I moved here three years ago and I have been using Dana's and the customer service is exceptional ( iam from New york) The stores here are very personal compared to where I am from. I like shopping at Dana's they carry all kinds of neat trinkets. I broke a necklace I had purchased form there (it was my fault , I forgot I had a turtleneck on) and they fixed it FREE of charge ( they said the first time whether it was ther fault or mine they would fix it free of charge ) that is service , unheard of from where I am from. They take very good care of me , I don't buy a whole lot but I am always treated like a million bucks. They also, told me places I should visit in downtown and if had any questions about the area just to call they would try to help.
