I wanted to buy a home from this company. I paid for the option to back out if the inspection found something wrong. They found that the air conditioning evaporation coil was filthy and the Hot water heater was not plumbed for The temperature & Pressure Relief valve. They refused to do anything with the air conditioner so I let that slide. However if the water heater blew the ceiling of my house would be covered in inches of water. I gave them the chance to fix the problem. I clearly told them that if it wasn't fixed right the first time I would use the option and pull out of the contract. They told me I could go and reinspect the hot water heater so once again I hired a inspector. The temperature & Pressure Relief valve was NOT plumbed an The new drain pan was NOT connected to any plumbing. The old rusty drainage pan and the old rusted hot water heater sat on the bedroom carpet. They refuse to give me back my $500 earnest money. They said they would finally have a licenced plumber do it. I refused too little too late. They treat women very poorly so becareful.
