Paragon was suggested to me by a friend, so I thought I would give it a try. I had my hair cut by Debbie, and it was terrible. I wanted my short hair trimmed, and slightly shorter in the back. What she did was completely shave over one inch off the bottom of my hair, and crookedly cut the bottom. There was no gradation (which I asked for) and the cut wasn't even at all. The cut created a right angle on the back of my head, which just looked awful. When I went home to look at it, I had to call to complain about the cut (something I had never done before). I talked to the manager, and I would say that she was understanding, and I got a full refund. However, I will never, ever take my chances with a place that does not listen to its customers, and thinks that shaving over an inch off the bottom of a woman's head is a good look.
