I went to see Lisa because of problems I was having sleeping. She is gentle and caring while also being very effective. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and in a state where I would get the most out of the sessions. She taught me meditation, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to help me further. I can now practice these techniques on my own! I felt totally safe going into deep states of hypnosis with Lisa and I left each session feeling calm and balanced. My sleeping has definitely improved, and I highly recommend Lisa and will return anytime I feel the need to strengthen my balance.
