We are from NYC and consider good service to be just as important as the quality of food, which was average at best--the sirloin was like one you could order at The Olive Garden; the ""famous"" chicken was presented as if the chef didn't quite know how to handle it, with the skin ripped off and haphazardly placed on a mound of mashed potatoes...The worst was the service. We legitimately asked for our dessert to be served with a Congratulations note on it and the waitstaff not only scoffed and openly laughed at us, but served our dessert sans message. When we spoke with the ""manager"" about this, all he did was reply (with a visible smirk) ""It wasn't me, dude."" Very professional indeed. Not to mention that the entire waitstaff sulked by their station as patrons finished their dinners--at 10:30 pm ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!!
Pros: average food, decent parking
Cons: service, management, no extras
