A great Village location, a friendly and extremely knowledgeable chef, a great facility, and an all-around enjoyable educational experience! My class was small (3 people and the chef) so we all got to participate in all aspects of preparing the meal. Its a relaxed social experience similiar to preparing dinner with friends. I do a fair amount of cooking and I learned a good amount without feeling like I was being put to work in a restaurant kitchen. The meal was delicious, the wine perfect and the company was truly enjoyable.
