to all the bad reviewers out there: don't see five star as a restaurant. see it as a nice club/lunge that serves food. i never go to five star for its food menu. it's a relaxing place to hang out with your friends. the management is very friendly. if you just want good chinese food, then go to red palace, or furtune palace. five star attracts its own type of audience, just like other establishments(e.g. long branch for country folks, flying saucer for frat boys. pardon the stereotype). you will know if 5star is your scene or not the minute you step in.
