Last year, this downtown salon somehow missed the booking for a group of 3 friends (myself included). We had foot soaks, and massages scheduled. They were overbooked, but rescheduled us, & still fit us in that day for the relaxing foot soak, hot tea, and use of the european showers. All free of charge. Nice recovery! The return visit was lovely.
