When I lived in the Southland, I twice went to this store. The selection, prices and staff are all good.
Later, I had problems, though, with some of the clothes. Two separate problems. One was, because of the cloth, many ink-type stains appeared out of nowhere. According to a competent laundry owner, this sometimes happens from clothing imported. Stains just appeared from nowhere, shrinkage, etc.
What was a surprise, is that I contacted them several times, by telephone and letter, even finally sending the receipt to them, all within the 30 day guarantee period, which I carefully asked about before any purchases. They never called me back, the owner was supposedly not there when I called, etc. So, I had to spend more money to the specialized dry cleaner on one piece and threw the other pants away. So I lost a lot of money. I don't understand why they would treat a good customer like this. It has been over two years and they still won't call me.
