I will not be returning to covedale I have been going there for 4 years and I have 18 animals they see 12 of them. I called to get a estimate on neutering my rabbit and they told me that I have to pre pay bc I have missed a couple of appointments. The appointments I missed I never received a reminder call nor was it something as major as surgery. The past few times communication has been crap. The only two I trust there is dr kim and jenniffer. Dr.Kim has treated all of my pets any other vet they have seen there I was unhappy with. One even tried to convince me to declaw my cat which I am 100% against. Dont go to covedale you nor your pets are missing out on anything
