I've shopped here many times over the past several years, as well as brought clothes in for consignment.
Pros: prices are great! Pair of jeans for $7? Sold! Converse for $15? Sold! Often items are name brand and still have the tags. Items are clean and gently used. The dollar section is nice, too. My items usually sell and I have a credit on my account to use towards my next purchase. The store is clean and well organized. Plus if things from consignment don't sell, they donate it it families in need. ??
Cons: customer service is not always friendly and upbeat. This has always confused me; for a business that has been so successful throughout the years and the women working there you would expect a more friendly and professional environment. But they are always working hard, so at least I can give them that. The dollar section would be a lot more successful if it were at least organized by size or something. It just too much hassle to look through for long. There are no public restrooms, so be sure to go before you shop, and don't bring your kids unless you HAVE to.
Overall: Great business and I would definitely recommend it. Especially for families or individuals who like to change their style often.
