Two days ago during a visit to repair a water turn-off problem, Charles discovered that the water pressure to my house was considerably higher than standards require. Today he installed a water pressure regulator and set the psi at the proper level. He was prompt in arriving at the scheduled time, explained what he would be doing, and worked to completion of the installation. He was professional and polite. I will welcome Charles back to my house if further water problems occur.
