Dentistry is not gentle. Teeth are hard, gum tissue is tough. If you want a soft massage, don't go to someone who fixes teeth and gums. I am 48 years old and have seen what crummy dentistry is and is not. I can assure anyone that Dr Niles is a very competent professional who does great work.
