We had our daughter's party there. We would not book another party there again. The girl running the party seemed annoyed and bothered with the kids. She made a sarcastic comment (I found out afterwards to one of my guests.) The management was rude to me. She was promised a bowling pin with her name on it at the end of the party. They totally forgot. When I went to ask for it they told me "we don't do that anymore" (although they did when we booked the party). They gave her a Piece of Crap foam stick of some sort instead. I highly recommend you book a party elsewhere!!!!
