My aunt had her kitchen floor cleaned by what she thought was a professional at Stanley Steemer. It spotted her floor terribly. He didn't ask what type of tile she had and assumed what he was using was correct. She had dark beige grout that is now almost white in large areas of the floor. They've come twice to look at it thinking if they scrub it with something else it will bring the color back in the grout. Do the right thing and replace the grout. You're insured and can certainly afford to do it. You've lost her at a customer and will lose me also. I was next for a carpet cleaning.
