I have been using Ottawa Veterinary services for 12 years. I have always gotten great service. They are very caring and compassoniate. I have never felt they did not have time to treat my pet or that my pet was not their priority. Until recently they were the most reasonable priced vet around. They have recently increased their prices which has really hit my pocketbook, but I will continue to use them. Front desk attitude has improved dramatically in the last year. As they continue to make changes, I hope they keep Saturdays as a first come first serve.
