i had an appt w/jennifer, i showed up on time, nobody there, door locked. after standing outside in the cold for 10 mins or so, she finally came and let me in, but didn't say a Word about the wait outside. then she was pushy and rude. i knew exactly how i wanted my hair cut, but she was not listening, kept interrupting me before i could get the words out. i don't know, maybe she was just having a bad day, but she lacked the finesse to develop rapport with a new client. i was happy to get out of there Before she took the scissors to my hair.
