I read the reviews and even called my dentist to chat about Dr. Brain before I took my daughter in today. I will admit I went to the office with some anxiety, and I told the office staff about my concerns. I came away very impressed with the staff and the doctor who was very kind with my almost 3 yr old daughter. I will take my daughter back in 6 months for a cleaning and have no worries with Dr. Brain as her dentist. I didn't even have to ask to be allowed with my daughter in office while he examined her teeth. It's very open and he answered my questions regarding my daughters dental care. I would recommend him.
