I would not recommend using VCS for any computer services, their repackaged and rebranded laptops can be found cheaper at other locations, including several online outlets. In addition to this, when you give them your laptop for repair they may give you a "Loaner".. They have no official loaners and give you SOMEONE ELSE'S LAPTOP they were given to repair... of course they remove the hard drive and have one set up for the laptop, but this is illogical and unethical at best... Not very good business ethics any way you slice it.
