My dog was in sudden and extreme pain. Took him to the Barlow Trail Veterinary Clinic immediately. X-ray and tests were done. I was told to return the next day for more tests. Total was approximately $1,300. X-rays showed a total bowel obstruction. No treatment or surgery was provided. The dog had been in extreme pain for two days. Pain relief medication was not provided.. I was told to return the next day for more tests. The vet said the dog was sick and old (9 years and excellent health) and needed to be euthanized. The dog was euthanized. Obviously, I should never have taken my best friend to the Barlow Trail Veterinary Clinic. If you love your pet and place any value on your money, go elsewhere for veterinary care.
