My husband and I bought a bedroom set from Jarons, special ordered. It was a good price and exactly what we wanted. We were told it would be in in 4 weeks. 5 weeks later we get a phone call that it will be an additional 2 weeks. No problem. We spend a Saturday waiting for them to deliver the furniture. They finally deliver it and the footboard is cracked. We refuse the footboard and they give us a discount on another a chest of drawers we were going to purchase to go with the rest of the set. Great right? So another two weeks go by and we spend another Saturday waiting for our furnture. This time the footboard is fine but our chest is broken. Don't you think they would check that kind of thing before delivery? We're still waiting on our new chest. We called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do about the broken furniture, that "those things happen." Really? I don't know about anyone else but I do not have the time to spend waiting at home for three Saturdays to receive my furniture that I ordered over three months ago. The stuff we got is great but wasn't worth the hassle or the wait that came with it.
