Once again Gene Juarez has messed up. 2 times in a row, I go in with an appt., and the stylist I have an appt. with is not available! No offers for a free haircut.....the word sorry came out of the manager's mouth, but it was not sincere. To try to make it up to me, he gave me a card with his personal phone number on it. Why would I want that?
