After recently purchasing two leather couches, damage was noticed on both. One was noticed during the 48 hour return period. This was exchanged the same day I reported. The other damage was not noticed until after the return window expired. Brown Squirrel still allowed us to exchange for an undamaged couch with no questions asked and no additional costs. I am really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism they showed my family and will happily recommend others to Brown Squirrel. Yes, problems do occasionally occur, but I feel confident that this business will follow through and make it right, whatever it takes. more
