Bad: rubber stamp section now the size of a postage stamp, very little inventory. I was unable to find any of the 3 items I had driven 60 miles to get. They told me they would call me when items came in, I never heard from them.. Improvements: better service, better inventory--they were out of basic items such as inkpads and pens. Other: Young teens manning the counter who did not seem to know or care about customers.
