I think they make just about everything on the menu from scratch, at least that's what I would believe. Nothing tastes or looks like it came out of a food service pack. The quality is very good for a take away shop.
They make a killer steamed dumpling, they also have great mei fun, if you're a noodle fan.
Golden Wall is my first choice for "Chinese" here in North East, so if you're in the area and get the crave for some good *ahem* "Chinese" food, check 'em out!
