Outstanding job Williams Plumbing! 1/29/2012

Williams Plumbing, I'm a retired California licensed Plumber, California licensed General Contractor and a Nationally licensed Building Inspector. I wanted to let you know that your crew did an outstanding job. They were all very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Chris is definitely a keeper. In California we had a heck of a time getting employees to just show up, much less going over and above. Or this case, down and under my house. Anyway, I thought you would enjoy a good compliment and wanted to let you know your company is safe with crews like this working and representing you. Thanks again, John Turk more

Love Them!! 6/23/2011

Good: New to town and had a sewer back up. Had a Tulsa friend refer me to them and so glad they did. Came out same day, worked around my schedule, tech called me at work so I could meet them at the house, and the tech knew exactly what to do. Super impressed.. Other: I will refer them to everyone I know and for sure use them again!!!. more

Liars & Unprofessional. 3/25/2011

I called Williams to come out and inspect a leak in our crawlspace as you could hear water running from behind a wall, adjacent to an outdoor spigot and we were smelling what was believed to be mildew. A plumber arrived the same day (Wednesday) about 3 hours after the initial phone call, just to say that the smell may be a sewage leak and he would be back 8:30 AM on Friday to do the repairs. Wednesday evening, coincidently, the smell became almost unbearable when our washing machine drained... definitely a sewage leak. I called Williams back Thursday morning to confirm that someone would be out Friday morning to fix the leak as it was most certainly sewage. I even spoke to the plumber who had been out the previous day. He once again assured me that he would be there Friday morning to do the repairs. Friday morning came around... 8:30, then 9:30, then 10:30. No phone call or word from Williams. When I called their office and asked when I could expect someone out, I was told that there were some "emergencies" and someone should be out soon. I called the office again at 1:00 asking if I should find new plumbers because raw sewage in a crawlspace was unacceptable. Again, I was told someone would be out shortly. There was another phone call at 2, and another at 3 -- at which point the man on the other end of the line told me it was 'too bad' they hadn't made it out and made it clear he had no intention of helping me. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone else in charge, he told me that he would not put me in charge with anyone else because "that's just the way things are". Oh, and that they would try and make it out by Monday. So, I can't really tell you anything about the quality of work they do because it seems like it's impossible to schedule them to do any. They're rude and dishonest. more

Quality Plumber, fair prices 9/2/2005

Williams is a big mega plumbing company here in Tulsa. As such, they're very competitive for the little jobs - installing the new vanity sink, unclogging a drain, etc. They're NOT as competitive on large remodel jobs... usually a smaller contractor who spends less in advertising is cheaper there. more
