Where do I start?? Quote one price and charge another, and although they finally admitted their mistake, they will not honor the quoted price. They only offer to send more PODS that are not needed at our site. Customer service is rude and talks over you when you try to have a conversation. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and unwilling to do the right thing. Find another source for storage, even if it costs twice as much. After they deliver, you belong to them, and if they have your credit card number, God help you. Unethical is not a strong enough word .
