I lived above this place in 1999, my senior year in college. The wings are awesome. They used to be 25 cents on Tuesdays, but I have a feeling that the price is probably higher now (I think 50 cents, but I can't remember). I have been there as recently as 2005, and they still have really underrated drink specials. Very casual atmosphere. Great for hanging out, eating wings, and playing trivia. The big screen TV in the basement is also an underrated place to watch the hot sporting evens. If State Street Brats gets crowded, try heading down to BW3 (or is it Buffalo Wild Wings now?) Anyways, the food is great bar food and they have a decent beer selection as well.

I just moved out of Madison and thoroughly miss BW3. The food is just great! We always had fun times here. They have bar trivia which is always a blast, especially when you get a bunch of people competing. The wings are (obviously) really good, and the potato chips are great too with some horseradish. It's a really fun place, beer is cheap, and they have euchre tournaments on Sundays.

I must say, after trying buffalo wings in so many cities, nothing compares to this BW3. Their chicken wings are the best. Great sauces! I like the top 3 hottest ones they offer. One of the few "eating" or snacking places that are still open after hours (and you do need a few in a college town). Uh... it used to be Tuesday 20 cents wing night... now 30 cents (inflation?). And they have very fun trivia game that you play against other patrons in the restaurant. Occasionally someone from that location beat out people in other locations too (other restaurants with trivia game).
Oh, and plenty beer to wash things down.

My brothers all time favorite restaurant. If we were going to celebrate anything my brother did, whether it was graduating high school, his birthday, winning a frisbee tournament, or just making a day his special day, we would head over to BW3 as it is affectionately called, and it some delicious tasting wings. They have those trivia game things too that you can play against others in the restaurnat.

Basically a sports bar that serves wings, it is more famous for its wings than drinks, making it a frequent stop for my friends and me; especially on Tuesday nights.
I can name some of their sauces offhand (so often I frequent that place): spicy garlic, thai, teriyaki, hot BBQ, sweet BBQ, mild, curry, honey mustard, and my favorite, BLAZIN'.. which is so hot that my roommate teared as he ate it.
Their wings are the best, bar none!
