I have never wanted to avoid a place more than this one. I have had 2 bad experiences here, on separate occasions, one of which caused a later problem. Both times I only went in for an oil change, but of course they check other fluids, your air filter, etc to see if they can get more money out of ya...on one of my visits they checked my air filter, and just forgot to screw on the nut on top (air filter is one of those big round ones) and put the air filter canister back in place. How hard is it to remember to do that?? The other time, I don't know what they did, didn't tighten something right or something...but the car was leaking oil, and even after my husband tighted it, it seemed like the oil leak was still occurring...so they really screwed something up. A friend of my husband's also had a bad experience, where they didn't put the oil filter on and the oil just ran out....messed up his engine!!!
