I have gone to this salon for a haircut 4 times. Aveda, nice decor, despite hip vibe, they serve all types of clients. No one will feel out of place. The first couple of times ...

Bad hair day 9/11/2019

Had extensions put in today. Feel like I got ripped off. 3rd time having it done. First two times were great but this time the hair is stringy and way shorter than what I paid for!! I feel like they used extensions that they removed from someone else. They are thin and short and split ended. I am sooooo disappointed I cried when I got home. Spent over 2 grand !!!! Never going back !!!! more

best color 12/1/2012

Ive been goin to Salon Azure for about 3 years now. Sarah Peterson does my hair and I have never been more pleased! This chick does what you want but also give me great suggestions so its more personalized to me! She makes me feel comfortable and cares! This is my colorist for life! I highly recommend her to anyone and her prices are very reasonable! more

Not so great 12/5/2010

A few years ago, I loved Azure Salon so much that when they asked me if I would do a photo shoot for them, I gladly agreed. We spent two days, several wardrobe changes, hairstyles, different locations, etc. etc. and not only did I never see the pictures of myself, but they never contacted me again. I went into the salon several times only to be dismissed. Now there are photos of my circling around who knows where, and I have no access to them. Thanks a lot, Azure. I sure am glad I tried to lend you a helping hand. They were completely unprofessional and disorganized and I would not recommend them to anyone. more

i really, really enjoyed the service and attention to detail. i love my haircut. cool place. nice smell. music collection grows on you after a few songs. tnx guys. more

Wow - Great new space 11/30/2005

The salon industry in Knoxville is booming. Salon Azure is growing too. They have moved into a much larger new space alongside Kingston Pike. It is in the Homberg area and has convenient parking. The stylists are creative and seem happy to be working in their hip new digs. Aveda products are the focus here - I love Aveda. I recently walked in and received great service and a great haircut without a prior appointment. I enjoyed the music choices and the whole atmosphere of this new salon star. more
