Lakeside Collision Center

Good: I was greeted by friendly helpful staff that understood my concerns. Tim not only walked me through the repair process but also stayed in contact with me throughout the repair. He also handled all of the calls and requests to my insurance company so I didn't have to deal with any of that. when they called 4 days early to tell me my car was ready to go I was pleasantly surprised, but even more surprised to see that everything was repaired to BMW factory standards. I will refer Lakeside Kirkland everytime!!. Bad: I can't think of a single thing I'd change about my experience. the only thing that could make it better would be if they actually had a crystal ball to "make the accident not have happened".. Improvements: My only concern is that if everyone finds out how good these guys are, I'll have to wait longer to get my BMW in the next time I have a need for thier services!. Other: I am a "review nut" when it comes to who is going to work on my cars. I read a few of the reviews for Lakeside, and the only thing I can say is that these people know their stuff...and they know how to take care of their customers' needs. I had my car repaired here in Lakeside Collision recently. At first, I thought they were at least as good as the reviews below. They are also Geico recommended collision center. I should have trusted them. The paint job is terrible, the worst that I have seen. And not only they managed to put too many bubbles on the paint, they also managed to put a long scratch on my leather seat. Off course it's hard to prove they did this because they didn't even take pictures when I dropped the car off. Thanks for making my car worst than ever, this is by far my worst experience with a collision center. I will continue to use my trusty Center 3 Collision Center in Lynnwood. And also, thanks to Geico for their "Perform a quality inspection of the completed repairs before you pick up the vehicle." Both Geico and Lakeside should be ashame of themselves, what kind of quality were they giving me as a customer. more

Brought my Chevy Cavalier in (mid August) with passenger side rear quarter panel damage. Lakeside did an outstanding job. I was without my car for exactly 7 days, much faster than I had anticipated. When I picked up the car, it was washed, detailed inside, and no evidence of damage. Cost: I don't know how they compare to other places price wise, since my insurance covered the repairs. I did ask for an estimate on fixing driver's side window (not related to the accident-but since it was going to be in the shop anyway, might as well). I had gotten an estimate about a year ago from another shop for approx. $190, but Lakeside's estimate was significantly higher. I didn't get the window repaired. Best Auto Body Shop goes to Lakeside Collision Center in Kirkland! The company qoute states "Serving since 1947...Outstanding service from the Estimator Phil Knapp to the team of folks working on my vehicle. More importanly I was always welcomed by the receptionist(s) who were very accomodating.
