Love Bandido's! 9/11/2005

I can walk to Bandido's on Hope Valley from my apartment, so I go there a lot! The salsa is very good (fresh and chunky), and I've never eaten a stale chip there! I've had better guacamole, but theirs is pretty good. I wouldn't order a whole side of it, but a dish that comes with it. the service is fast and courteous. My favorite items are the quesadillas and the huge burritos. They have a burrito called "El Gigante"--if you eat it all, you get a t-shirt. I've never seen that t-shirt on anyone before, so it must be a monster. more

Good restaurant 8/16/2005

Bandido's restaurant offers good mexican food--I particularly like the different colored chips they offer. The food is good as well, with a large number of possibilities for side dishes etc. Personally I find the food far too salty which is the only reason I gave this restaurant three stars. Lessen up the salt and my rating would be much higher! more

Bandido's has great food for low prices. The complimentary chips and salsa are fantastic, very fresh. There is a large selection of menu choices and a good children's menu. The desserts are great as well. The margaritas are yummy and everything is reasonably priced. more

The salsa is excellent. It's a little on the spicy side, but I love it. The entres are good and very reasonably priced. The oreo fried ice cream is heavenly!!!! The margaritas are great as well. We were told by our waiter that you can't get pitchers of frozen margaritas, which is disapointing. Overall, a great place! more
