downhill fast 9/10/2008

funny (or maybe not)--but I've had the exact same experience as a couple of other reviews here. Namely, went to Disco Rex for fertility meds and other needs before Walgreens took over and they were fabulous-knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Now, customer service is rude and extremely unhelpful and they lack any knowledge about what inventory they do and not have (I can walk up and down the aisle for 10 minutes looking for something just as good as they can--sheesh). I gave them a second chance after an awful experience b/c I liked them so much before, but they disappointed again, so convinced it was not just a bad day. Won't be going back--too many other pharmacies out there to deal with nonsense. In fact, I'll probably just go literally next door to Longs. more

A Good Pharmacy GONE BAD 5/12/2008

This used to be a great pharmacy for fertility meds at a reasonable price - with quick service and staff that had a great knowledge base. Since Walgreen's took over it is expensive, the new staff are useless and customer service is pretty terrible. After using this pharmacy for my meds for the past 5 years I am sorry to say that I no longer recommend it. Get your meds from the internet - it is cheaper and a lot less painful. more

Change of Ownership to Walgreen's Lowered Customer Service 2/11/2008

Disco Rex used to have a very generous return policy and is known as good retail location for dispensing fertility medications. They have changed their policy, even though they *haven't* lowered prices, and refused to honor prior return policy. They are 40% - 50% more expensive than online pharmacies, but don't offer this customer service to compensate. I won't go back! more

Terrible Service 12/12/2005

Questions doctor's instructions and would not fill a perscription until the Dr called Disco-Rex again, even though it was a current perscription. more
